Elrond vs John Wick. But first I must aporigize... Thank god. Keanu Reaves was meant for that movie. Will Smith is amazing, but I can only see him as the fresh prince if I'm honest. That's not a bad thing. One of my favorite scene from The Matrix is when Neo flyes inside of Agent Smith body and destroyed him. Fun fact: When the directors first approached warner bros with the movie idea they proposed a 80 + million dollar budget, WB gave them 10 mill. The directors spent the 10 million to film the first five minutes, half of which is this clip. When they showed the WB executives the 10 million dollar scene they were so impressed they agreed to the original budget.
The Seraph code had strong obfuscation and anti-debugging protection. Neo clearly couldn't reverse engineer him as easily as with Smith. Yes master. Greatest movie ever made. taking off my hat for the wachowskis and the cast. This movie is future past future... Realty. DoDgE tHiS. 0:46 when your seat gets taken at lunch time: you took my seat and i must apologize. The reason why Neo could see Smith when his eyes were blind; it is not the development of their power, but the fact that the world, which they think is the real world, is actually software like the matrix, and that Neo realizes it. This is also evident in the scene where the octopuses stop the bullets by raising their hands as they stop. As you can see, the world where Zion is located, that is, the real world crates of Morpheus and his friends, is part of the matrix. The reason why the real world is thought to be; The first matrix was designed to make everyone happy, and most people didn't accept it. Because this perfection was against human nature, to destroy, to fight, to fight and unhappiness was a part of human nature. The flawless matrix experiment caused the destruction of the crops of machines, a large proportion of people. So instead of creating a perfect world that would make everyone happy, they created a world that simulated that the wounds of war and the people who couldn't accept the system could reach the real world instead of throwing them out of the system and fighting with the machines, giving people who didn't adapt to the system a purpose and staying in the system. In addition, the person named as the chosen person is agent Smith, whose aim is not to destroy humans, but to destroy the matrix, that is, the virus that will destroy the system. Neo is an antivirus and its task is to protect the matrix. So he's in charge of clearing the matrix from Agent Smith, which he does. Neo makes a meaningless deal with the machines in exchange for destroying Smith. He asks every person who wants to leave the system to let him leave and on this condition he negotiates with the machines. Oddly enough, people could somehow get out of the matrix and get to the real-world crates. At present, most people were not ready to leave the matrix, there is even an example in the film that wants to leave the matrix and return to the system. In fact, the choices offered by Neo to the architect, that is, both doors were going to the same place. Neo would eventually destroy Smith and save the matrix and the machines. The only thing Neo changed was that Zion was not reset, that is, it didn't change the fact that people would continue to be slaves or power supplies to machines. With this agreement, more people would be found in Zion, which is part of the matrix. let me add a few more tips; In the first film, Smith shoots Neo. Trinity kisses Neo with a special technique and brings him back to life (no joke. It is not Trinity's kiss that revived Neo, but that he was programmed not to die without stopping Agent Smith. In the last film, Neo realizes that the only way to stop Smith is to let him take over. In the meantime, remembering Smith's previous bitter experiences, he lives in dejavu and expresses this wait a bit, I've seen this. He finishes his words and copies himself into Neo's body. Even after he destroyed Neo, he couldn't believe it. He says, and the main machine takes the final blow to Smith over Neo and the war is over. And, as the architect says, the 6th Neo successfully accomplishes its mission and erases Smith and himself from the system. And as a result, the humanized Machine Smith is stopped by the mechanized human Neo, ensuring the continuity of the Matrix.
Neo, next time shoot at his legs AND torso= 100% hit ratio.
Keep the corrupt governments in place & this will all happen.
1999 : Guns, lots of guns ( Neo ) 2019 : Guns, lots of guns ( John Wick.
Remember that one time Hollywood allowed for original storytelling and new ideas? Good times.
Walmart greeter: sorry sir i must apologize.
This is my feeling while i Ride Lightning in PlanetSide 2 with Skyguard anti-air machinegun, just try it.
This is honestly my first time watching this film, unless I saw it when I was really young in which case I don't remember anything about it. It's very interesting to note that the definition of 'the matrix' from the film has nothing to do with the bending of the back into that limbo position, and yet it has become known as that in the world. Even to people who have never really seen the film (like me) still refer to that action as matrix.
I actually really like this film, I don't know if I love it, but I definitely will watch the sequels and probably even need to watch this one again soon. The reason being that I did not totally understand what was going on in respect to the transition between worlds, until my friend clarified it for me and it made so much more sense after. However, I didn't realize I hadn't understood until I talked about it, as the film really engages you with its actions, effects, dialogue - basically everything. There is so much going on in the film at one time, that even if you do not fully understand what is happening, you are invested in that moment there and then.
The acting was good too, though the speech did feel a little dry at times. Hugo Weaving portrays the villain character very well and his expressions speak volumes. Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne and Carrie-Anne Moss are also very badass in this, I like it! Though I do have to comment on the fact that Trinity is the only prominent female character in this and she is reduced to emotion, once again promoting the male = active, female = passive, binaries.
Speaking of badass, the action scenes were really on point. It was very fast-paced and has that glitch feel to it which emphasizes the concept of the world. It does feel odd sometimes and I know this is part of the concept, but I really hate (can't stand it ever) when there is flying involved in fights. I just cannot deal.
The effects were phenomenal, and seems really progressive of its time. I mean this was before the turn of the century, and yet we are still getting movies with not so great visual effects today.
Also, it is great how the film covers almost all aspects of life: action, romance, friendships, violence, society, digital age and whatnot. I've read reviews that attribute philosophical and religious meanings to this, but I personally prefer not to go along those lines. A really great film, and I can't help but wonder if Inception was influenced by this. The Wachowski Brothers really have a trademark in the stories they tell; I was not surprised when I found out they directed Cloud Atlas as well, it has a similar style to The Matrix. Plus they even created V for Vendetta, one of my favourites, but they didn't direct it which shows because it doesn't really have their style in it.

http://minagiherrishi.duckdns.org/sitemap.html Back in the good old times when nearly everything was real, and CGI was the last option. Keanu is awesome. Wow. This really is Robert Taylor of Longmire fame playing Agent Jones. Trinity reminds me of my mom when she was young (minus the green eyes. The Best scene in the whole dam movie. I want this. IN A VR GAME.
Still doesnt look dated at 2019! They dont make movies like this anymore 😭. This is truly a great movie. Not only is the script faultless and well thought-out, also the effects are superb and in perfect harmony with the fine modern musical performance. For me it's one of those films that are able to set a new standard or move a beacon, if you like. Looking forward to Matrix 2001.
One of the most underrated scenes in movie history. The background song is what makes this so perfect. This was the first movie i saw after leaving the amish. picked it at random. went back 3 times. wow then. wow now. I think that the sexy girl in red represents in the Matrix lust, the carnal temptation for the eye.
He could have just asked to put a ' X mark inside the small boxe that says: I am not a robot. But whatever... I died laughing when Neo said Whoa! 😂. I know I'm a probably get a lot of hate for saying this LOL but I'm kind of glad will didn't do it because Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishburne was actually so freaking perfect for this movie I don't think anyone could duplicate their chemistry.
